With a goal of providing a superior music festival environment, and outstanding customer service to our fans, we also have a responsibility in providing the same standards for the levels of safety and security to everyone who enters through the gates of Tree Town.
The well-being of our patrons has been, and always will be our top priority.
With that in mind, and in an effort to enhance security measures at Tree Town, we have enforced the clear bag policy in the festival bowl.
Similarly to football stadiums and many arenas across North America, up to 14” x 17” clear plastic totes, standard one-gallon freezer bags and small clutches and purses will be permitted, while items such as backpacks, large purses, and coolers will be prohibited. Please leave larger bags and items in the campgrounds.

Yes. Children 12 and under are free with a ticketed adult.
No. Please keep your furry friends at home.
No. If you bring a backpack or large purse, you will be turned away at the gate to return those items back to your campsite. Please see our Clear Bag Policy for more details.
All alcoholic beverages will need to be purchased with the approved Tree Town alcohol tickets. You can buy those tickets at the ticket booths inside the venue. Anyone 21+ will need to get a wristband at the ID check point. Those without the wristband and drink tickets, will be refused service.
No outside food/beverages and coolers are allowed into the festival bowl. The campgrounds are okay.
No. Propane fire pits or barbecues are allowed. If you decide to bring a propane fire pit or barbecue, you must bring a fire extinguisher.
Yes! There will be dozens of restrooms in and around the campgrounds along with designated shower areas. Showers are $5, cash only.
No. There are water hydrants and sewer dump stations around the venue.
Yes. Those who are 16 and under are allowed to camp without a ticket.
Generators that are built into your camper/RV are allowed. All generators are to be shut off by 1am.
Early Camp Check-In: Wednesday, May 23 | 2pm-9pm
Regular Camp Check-In: Thursday, May 24 – Sunday, May 27 | 8am-9pm
Please note: After 9pm, you will be escorted to the overnight parking and allowed entry into the campgrounds the next morning. Please plan accordingly to avoid this.
All patrons must enter through the Main Entrance ONLY.
The main entrance opens Thursday-Sunday from 9AM-10PM.
Wednesday, May 24 – Sunday, May 27 from 10AM-10PM
No refunds. All sales are final.
If you would like to renew your ticket(s) for 2019, please visit the information booth on site or by your account via web and over the phone. Renewals end June 6 at 11:59pm.
Anyone over 30 years old does NOT need to get an alcohol ID wristband. Those who are 21-30 years old, WILL need to get an alcohol ID wristband on site before purchasing alcohol at the ID check booths. Please have your ID on you at all times.
If you purchased your tickets before May 9, they will be shipped to the address listed on your account. If you purchased after May 9, your tickets will be available for pickup at the Will Call booth located at the main entrance.
Please note, there will only be one main entrance this year.
Lost & Found will be located at the Information Booth in the Festival Bowl.
Before campers arrive, please have the following ready:
- Put your camping sticker on the upper left corner of your windshield.
- Please know your exact campsite number for easy direction.
- You MUST have a 4-day wristband to enter and stay in the campgrounds. Single day wristbands are not allowed.
There will be two entrances into the festival bowl. One located by the South Party Time Camping and the other located at the main entrance.
Yes! There will be several restrooms in and around the campgrounds along with a restroom trailer and luxury portable restroom in the festival bowl.
