Our volunteers are important to us!

Volunteering at Tree Town is a wonderful opportunity to meet new people, to be part of a terrific team, to work in a fun, exciting environment AND to enjoy a weekend of fantastic country music! Our volunteers are an essential and valued part of our Tree Town Team and help to create a successful event.

Together we create a welcoming, safe and comfortable place for country fans of all ages to enjoy the artists and their music; make new friends or spend time with old ones; and an opportunity for community charitable organizations to promote their good work and raise some much needed funding.

Campground Check-In Team

Our campground check-in team will be responsible for checking in all campers as they arrive. Duties would include scanning tickets and giving them the right credentials, also volunteers would need to be familiarized with the campground of where everything is located at because each camper will need to be escorted to their site.

Our Check-In Volunteers are the first faces our patrons see when they arrive at the festival. Team members will be responsible for checking in patrons that have purchased VIP/General Admission tickets, verifying the purchases by scanning their tickets and checking wristbands on the patrons for entrance into the festival.

Floaters will be assigned to various areas of the festival that are in need of a volunteer. More than likely float volunteers will assist in the festival area with serving patrons where needed. Float volunteers must be flexible and willing to work in multiple areas during their shift.
